What is User Experience Design

User Experience Design(UX) is the process of designing (digital or physical) products that offers a great experience to the user. User Experience Design is about creating a pain-free and enjoyable experience for a user.

Inventor of UX The term UX was coined by cognitive Scientist Don Norman in the early 1990s while he was VP of the Advanced Technology Group at Apple.

Example As we can see in the picture the user is not following the path that is designed by the designer for the user. but still, the user is not following that path he is following another path that is saving his time and required less effort to achieve the task. The actual design or path in the diagram is taking more time and effort.
